Here in this picture it also the transition, the transition from shadow to light from autumn to winter, from the intense colors of autumn to the white of the winter landscape that defies me.⁣

I always use my Nikon gear. ⁣
This one was captured in the small but amazing beautiful Village Goldegg in Salzburg/Austria.⁣
I used the Nikon D5 and the 70-200mm f2,8 which is an old but beautiful piece of glas.⁣
⁣
I always have my gear with me and whenever I recognize something beautiful I stop my every days life to capture this moment. Giving this moment the honor by raising the camera and pressing the shutter.”

To get the most out of Mylio download it to multiple devices. With our mobile app you can easily organize your photos with face tagging or map tagging, create albums, edit file names, add keywords etc. ⁣⁣

Anything you change within the app automatically syncs with your other devices so next time you pull up your library your changes will reflect. Syncing can look two ways, either among your own wireless network or with the cloud, you choose. ⁣⁣

The big daunting task of organizing photos doesn't have to be so daunting anymore. Do a little bit here and there while your out and about!⁣⁣

It's that time of week again! This weeks Tuesday Tip is all about Folders in Mylio. ⁣
⁣
If your photos are already organized in folders on your computer, you can import to Mylio from those folders (we call them source folders) and Mylio will copy the organization you already have in place. From then on, Mylio will continue to reference those source folders so any changes you make to formatting in either location will be reflected in the corresponding location. This means you can update your folder organization and have it reflect in Mylio or vice versa. ⁣

Adding folders as Source Folders is a great way to import into Mylio if you intend to keep your photos in the same location but use Mylio to track and manage them. To learn more, go to our support website and search “Import with Source Folders”!⁣

This weeks Friday Feature is from @mattsuessphoto! “Last night I finally had the chance to shoot some sports action with my @getolympus OM-D E-M1X camera at a local rodeo here in Bozeman, Montana and man, this camera sure didn’t disappoint!

I am finally getting used to the auto-focus on this camera and I was seriously impressed with how few shots I lost due to the AF messing up. Shooting with both the M.Zuiko 40-150mm f2.8 Pro and M.Zuiko 300mm f4 Pro lenses was the perfect combination. I have a bunch of great shots from this event and I’ll have to soon do a blog post to show them all so stay tuned 😀

This shot in particular was photographed with the M.Zuiko 300mm f4 Pro lens at 1/1600s at f5 at ISO 1000. This is the full-frame shot, as no cropping was needed. I processed the RAW file in Capture One Pro and let me tell you, this photo is SHARP!!!”

Getting just the right moment was super easy with the new High Speed Pre Burst which shoots photos BEFORE you press the shutter button. You have to try it to see how helpful it is. This was shot with the #LumixG9 and the #Leica 200mm F/2.8 with the 1.4X teleconverter. It was a great combination!”

A vault refers to a place you can store all of your original files.
